Resolut Digital LLC maintains reasonable and appropriate administrative, operational, and technical safeguards designed to protect information shared through this site and in the course of client engagements. Information obtained through an engagement is treated as confidential and shall not be disclosed, sold, or transferred to any third party except as required by applicable law or as strictly necessary to fulfill contracted services.

Resolut Digital LLC is neither a covered entity nor a business associate as those terms are defined under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 (HIPAA) and its implementing regulations. Engagement with Resolut Digital LLC does not create a HIPAA-covered relationship and does not relieve any client of its independent obligations under HIPAA. Clients subject to HIPAA requirements remain solely responsible for their own compliance posture. Where the nature of an engagement requires the exchange of protected health information, a Business Associate Agreement must be executed in writing by both parties prior to any such exchange.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, hold harmless, and indemnify Resolut Digital LLC and its agents, employees, managers, members, and successors from and against any and all claims, costs, damages, expenses, liabilities, and losses—including reasonable attorneys' fees—arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to this site; (b) your reliance on any content published herein; or (c) your failure to satisfy your own applicable regulatory or legal compliance obligations.
